Dear Diary,

Nobody understands me and I'm so emo all the time. Just kidding.
My life since June 4, 2009 (which was when I last updated my journal) hasn't been too different. Let's see...I started my senior year in high school. I CANNOT wait for graduation, I will be gone like a freight train from this town. I got my driver's license last summer, hoorah. It's really a big accomplishment for me because I failed the test three times. It sounds like a lot when you say it like that but it was only one little thing each time. Actually, the third time was several things because I got too many errors on the whole parallel parking thing. *sigh* But, I passed it now so there. I stuck it to the man.

I heard on the news the other day they were considering retesting young people and the elderly. Good lord, I hope they don't actually decide to do that until I'm over 21. You know how the government is, takes years to pass a bill.

Lately I've been working on a paper that was due Friday but I mysteriously fell ill and had to miss that particular class. Now I have to finish it by Tuesday. No school this Monday. I'd better stop procrastinating so much if I'm going to college next year. That's another reason I want to do well. A B+ in Government just isn't cutting it.

I have a really difficult trimester though, Government, Economics, Physics, Capstone (blech) and Chemistry all at the same time. Though my Chemistry class is "Concepts of Chemistry" because I couldn't fit real Chemistry into my already packed schedule. They have (and by "they" I mean the school board and people of that nature) made the school day into six 63 minute classes instead of five 70 minute classes and have cut out the hour lunch, for which I'm kind of grateful. Sometimes I didn't know what to do with myself for that whole hour.

Over the summer I got a super cool cell phone (at least compared to what I'd had) and now the school has adopted a strict No Cell Phone policy. They don't want to see them at all until the end of day bell. Man, I've never seen so many cell phones appear out of nowhere when that bell rings. It's like BAM. You can't even text during lunch. (Honestly I do sometimes check my text messages during lunch as subtly as possible.)

Speaking of text messages, I have unlimited text messages so I have both Facebook and Twitter text me certain peoples' status updates. Those people include =itisme1109, =itismestwin and =AGmeade. I wish more people would text me and we'd have fun conversations without uttering a single word. I need a boyfriend. I also need a hero, but that's neither here nor there.

Okay, that seems like enough updating to cover the few months I haven't updated.
